Hosting a Radio Show
At the University of Sussex I also worked at University Radio Falmer. I produced a show discussing politics, then moved on to hosting my own show. Every week I picked a new country and played a selection of their current top ten songs.
I had a lot of international friends so if I happened to know someone from the country of the week, I invited them on the show and we'd talk about music and culture.

I practiced:
- researching music
- interviewing people
- intercultural communication

I learned:
- how to produce and host a radio show
- always check what your listeners actually hear
- it's a bad idea to make structural changes to an already existing and functioning team without explaining to them why the changes are necessary.
